Information for Military Voters and Mississippi Citizens Overseas
http://www.sos.ms.gov/elections_voter_info_center2.aspx
Uniformed and overseas citizens from Mississippi may register to vote, request absentee ballots, and cast absentee ballots via email, fax, or by U.S. mail. In many cases these voters are in remote areas where voting an absentee ballot by mail may be time prohibitive. In such cases, Mississippi allows these voters to transmit their Federal Postcard Application (FPCA), an absentee ballot request, and their voted ballots through email or by fax. Applications and ballots can be transmitted directly to the voter’s circuit clerk through the contact information listed below. Voters may also check the status of their application and/or ballot to see if it has been received by their clerk through the contact information below. Please direct any questions regarding these procedures to UOCAVA@sos.ms.gov, or you may call us at 1-800-829-6786.
